To begin the celebration, they can purchase shirts and hats on Locust Walk this afternoon. At 3 p.m. tomorrow, the senior class will line Locust Walk to watch the junior class take part in the Hey Day festivities, Chang explained. And "Hey Deja Vu" will continue at 10 p.m. tomorrow with the last Senior Screamer of the year, to be held at Fubar at 38th and Chestnut streets. "It's been a great year, and hopefully, Friday night will continue in that tradition," Chang said. – Randi Feigenbaum Sigma Chi trustees to vote on approving OFSA settlement A panel of Sigma Chi fraternity trustees will meet this morning at 10 a.m. to decide whether to accept the final settlement proposed by the University in response to the fraternity's January violation of the InterFraternity Council's alcohol-free rush policy. Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs Director Scott Reikofski said yesterday that details of the settlement are still confidential, but added that he anticipates the trustees will accept it. But if the trustees choose not to sign the proposal, the Fraternity and Sorority Advisory Board will meet tonight to determine what action to take against the fraternity, Reikofski explained. On January 23, Wharton freshman and Quaker basketball player Jed Ryan was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania by several Sigma Chi brothers. Sources revealed that Ryan suffered from alcohol poisoning, but details of the incidents leading up to his hospitalization have not yet been disclosed. Early in February, the IFC's Judicial Inquiry Board levied a $1,000 fine against Sigma Chi and put the fraternity on social probation until April 23 -- three months after Ryan's hospitalization. – Barbara Green
