Security official She will be speaking in room 110 of the Annenberg School for Communication at 4:15 p.m. Chater is an alumna of the University -- she attended the undergraduate program of the School of Nursing. She went on to obtain further nursing and education degrees from the University of California at San Francisco and the University of California at Berkeley. She has also served as an associate with the American Council on Education. The Annenberg Public Police Center and the Office of Government, Community and Public Affairs are co-sponsoring Chater's visit. – Amy Lipman
