69-year-old man69-year-old mandrowns in Schuylkill Philadelphia police and firefighters pulled the man from the river at approximately 2:20 p.m. Monday afternoon. He died of drowning and hypothermia at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania eight hours later. According to a report in The Philadelphia Inquirer, detectives are investigating the incident as a possible suicide, theorizing that the man may have jumped into the river. -- Yochi Dreazen Class of '97 to hold elections April 1-2 Elections for next year's senior class board are just around the corner. The new class of 1997 board will be chosen on April 1 and 2. If a run-off is necessary, it will be held on the 3rd. Any student who is interested in running for an office must attend a mandatory meeting on Monday, March 25 in the Benjamin Franklin room of Houston Hall at 9 p.m., according to current Senior Class Board President Lenny Chang, a College student. Prior to the meeting, prospective board members need to obtain an information packet and application from room 110 of Houston Hall, the Office of Student Life, he added.
