RobberyRobbery· February 5 -- A student reported being robbed of $13 in cash by a male holding a simulated weapon. The student was not injured in the incident, which took place at approximately 9:30 p.m. at 44th and Pine streets. The student was not injured in the incident, which took place at approximately 9:30 p.m. at 44th and Pine streets.Attempted Burglary· February 6 -- Philadelphia Police reported that a male was seen breaking into a student's third-floor apartment at 34th and Sansom streets at approximately 11:26 p.m. Nothing was reported stolen. Criminal Mischief · February 5 -- The Delta Upsilon fraternity house at 40th and Walnut streets reported that its doors and locks were sealed with an unknown substance between 11:45 a.m. and 2:25 p.m. Attempted Theft · February 5 -- Two males were seen trying to steal a condom machine from the wall of Houston Hall's basement men's room. The attempt did not succeed, however, and the suspects fled the scene after being spotted by an employee. The incident took place at approximately 9:10 p.m. · February 6 -- The A&P; Construction company reported that someone attempted to steal a Batco construction vehicle from 34th and Chestnut streets. The incident took place between 4 p.m. Monday and 6:45 a.m. Tuesday. This is the second time in two days that a construction vehicle was targeted. Theft from Auto · February 5 -- A student reported that a 1992 Isuzu jeep was broken into between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. The jeep's roof, valued at $700, and radio, valued at $600, were stolen in the incident. The theft took place in a lot at 40th and Walnut streets. Theft ·February 6 -- A student reported that a mountain bike valued at $345 was stolen from a secured bike rack in front of Hutchinson gymnasium at 33rd and Locust streets. The incident took place between 7:45 and 10:30 a.m. All information was obtained from University Police. --Yochi Dreazen
