Officers from Victim Support/ Crime Prevention will be handing out auto theft prevention literature and will be selling the CLUB, an auto-theft prevention device. One of the outreach sessions is being held today between 8 and 10 a.m. in the parking garage located near the University Museum at South Street and Convention Avenue. The other outreach will be held in the parking garage at 38th and Spruce streets October 19th between 8 and 10 a.m. -- Josh Fineman
