To the Editor: Even if one could go four years without having noticed a sign which detailed the penalty for parking in Superblock plaza, such ignorance would not suffice as an excuse. Rather than blaming the UPPD and George Smith, maybe Mr. Calemzuk should have just paid the penalty. After all, it is one thing to protest a rule in effect, but something entirely different to flagrantly go against that rule because you do not agree with it. Dan Hauber College '97
