Ward was arrested in the fall of 1993 for allegedly soliciting sex with minors. This is the fourth time his trial has been delayed. Ward is charged with statutory rape, indecent assault, indecent exposure, corruption of minors and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Following the completion of the criminal trial, Ward will also have to contend with a civil suit that is pending against him. Ward is still a professor in the Wharton School, although he has not taught classes for the last two semesters. -- Jason Stover
