Newman Center presents award Congregation sponsor service Vice President and Director of Planning John Gould has been appointed interim vice president for human resources, to fill the position until a permanent replacement is found. The search for a permanent vice president for human resources is being conducted in conjunction with the search for a permanent executive vice president by the search firm of Heindrick & Struggles. Gould fills the position which William Holland held before leaving the University this summer. Jack Freeman currently serves as interim executive vice president. -- Randi Feigenbaum The Panhellenic Council and the Women's Center sponsored the second annual Twenty-first Century Women's Festival Wednesday on Locust Walk from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. College junior Sharone Levy, a representative of the Panhellenic Council, organized the event. She said the fair was designed to inform students about the variety of resources available at the University. The festival featured 15 information tables from such groups as the National Abortion Rights League, the Women's Law Project, Victim Support Services and Students Together Against Acquaintance Rape. The festival also featured performances by campus groups, including Quaker Notes, Penny Loafers and Without a Net. --Jason Stover
