She is expected to tour and visit the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and participate in a health care forum with former Surgeon General and Medical School Professor Emeritus C. Everett Koop at the Philadelphia Civic Center. Clinton is also planning to visit the editorial boards of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News. To cap off her day, she will join U.S. Senator Harris Wofford (D-Pa.) for a visit to Chandler Hall in Newtown. The First Lady was supposed to visit the city two weeks ago, but her trip was postponed due to bad weather. -- Charles Ornstein
