Herzog, brought to the University by Connaissance in association with the Hillel Foundation, will give a speech entitled "Peace in the Middle East?" "We thought that this would be a great opportunity for Penn students to get a first hand look at the Middle East conflict from one of the people who influenced it," said College senior Guy Raviv, vice chairperson of Connaissance. "Herzog only left office this past May so it will be very interesting to hear his perspective on the possibilities of peace," said Connaissance Chairperson and College senior Robyn Allen. There will be a private reception for Herzog afterwards. Tickets are free for students and admission for non-ticket holders will be based on availability, Raviv said. – Jennifer Kushner
