U.S. District Judge Leon Higginbotham and University Emeritus Trustee Jacqueline Wexler will be among the members at today's meeting, which will be closed to the public. Commission Chairperson Gloria Chisum, vice chairperson of the Board of Trustees, said the morning meetings will focus on evaluating the Commission's progress. The four Commission working groups – which focus on the University's judicial system, communications, student life and faculty, student and staff relations – will give individual reports. Later this afternoon, Chisum said, the Commission members will join their working groups. Chisum said the meetings will be closed because, "We want all Commission members to be candid. We don't want anyone to feel intimidated." – Cara Tanamachi
