·October 11 – Two students were robbed at gunpoint by two men at 42nd and Locust streets at about 11:58 p.m. One of the assailants was described as 5-foot-7, 150 pounds, wearing a black jacket, pants and shoes, and wielding a 9 mm semi-automatic pistol.
