Students will be able to watch the address live in room 109 of the Annenberg School at 9 p.m. tonight and will have the opportunity to discuss the plan afterwards. College junior Abby Russell, one of the coordinators of the event, says the event is intentionally "bipartisan." "We're trying to combat student apathy on this campus," Russell said. – Jordana Horn
