According to the task force chairperson, Law Professor Stephen Burbank, the report will probably be published sometime next month, but he declined to discuss the nature of the recommendations. The job of the task force is to decide whether the University should offer benefits to domestic partners of University employees that are comparable to benefits offered to spouses. The report will be published in Almanac for comment by the University, and then will be submitted to Interim President Claire Fagin. – Daniel Gingiss
