The rally, scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m., will feature speeches by President Sheldon Hackney, Undergraduate Assembly Chairperson and College senior Jeff Lichtman, and UA member and Wharton junior Ethan Youderian. Penn Rocks the Vote is a UA organized coalition of groups designed to increase voter registration among students. Students will be able to register to vote at the rally and, according to Youderian, a voter registration booth will be set up Locust Walk tomorrow until October 2, which will be manned by members of the organizations in the Penn Rocks the Vote. "The main point tomorrow is to make people aware that the drive is going on," Youderian said. -- Margaret Kane
