The concert, scheduled for November 16, is being sponsored by the Social Planning and Events Committee. "We try and bring up and coming groups," said Jill Johnson, co-director of SPEC's concert committee. "They're already big in Europe, and they haven't been in Philly for 5 years." Students can purchase tickets at either the ticket box at the Annenberg Center or at Discovery Discs in Houston Hall for $12.50. The cost is $16.50 for non-students. -- Laura Santini
