Lorenzo Bonfiglio's day in court must wait … again.

The Wharton and College sophomore charged with arson and 23 other charges had his preliminary court hearing moved on Thursday morning for the third time.

Originally scheduled to appear at the Criminal Justice Center on Nov. 13, Bonfiglio's hearing is now dated for March 15.

He was arraigned in October in connection with an alleged arson at the Psi Upsilon house, commonly known as Castle. A built-in sprinkler system extinguished the blaze and no one was injured.

Bonfiglio is no longer listed on Penn Directory, a database of current students and staff members, but still has an entry on QuakerNet, a directory that includes alumni and some current students.

Staff reporter Lowell Neumann Nickey contributed reporting.
