Tom Corbett, Pennsylvania’s Republican Governor, is one of the defendants in Whitewood v. Corbett, who have filed separate motions to dismiss charges against them. Corbett and Secretary of Pennsylvania’s Department of Health Michael Wolf separately from Attorney General Kathleen Kane, who is also a defendant in the case.
