Club Singapore, with the support of Penn Political Review, the Wharton Business and Politics Association and the Huntsman Program in International Studies invited the ambassador to speak about Singapore’s role in globalization and democracy.

Science enthusiasts, from experts to those with limited knowledge, gathered at the Franklin Institute Monday night for “Cancer and our Genome.” The event aimed to educate the general public about the connection between cancer and genetics.

Today’s general assembly primaries will pit 27-year incumbent state rep. Jim Roebuck (D-Phila.) against Fatimah Muhammad, a 2006 College graduate, who is running for the first time to represent the 188th district, which includes Penn’s campus.

Over 52,000 video testimonies of Holocaust survivors, rescuers, war crime participants and liberators will be available to Penn students and faculty in 32 languages and from 56 countries.

It is not always bad to be the square peg in the round hole. Coursekit, an education management startup founded by three Penn students, changed its name to Lore in light of changing company directions. The new logo consists of the product name arranged in a square formation within a red circle.
