Sparta Science, based out of Menlo Park, Calif., uses its software platform to give coaches and trainers the ability to measure, and subsequently avoid player injury risk.

How am I supposed to discern the world’s inner workings and capitalize on its needs when the education I am getting doesn’t require any understanding of computer science?

As the Executive Director of the Women's Law Project, Tracy has been involved in landmark women’s rights court cases fighting for issues such as abortion rights. 

Amber Hikes, a 2008 graduate of the School of Social Policy & Practice, said her experience as a social worker is rooted in her education in University City.

The team has cruised to a dominant 6-0 start in Colonial States College Hockey Conference play and boasts an overall record of 7-2. Their last game against Seton Hall University ended in a lopsided 9-1 Quaker victory.

The Quakers (4-6-3, 2-1-1 Ivy) will be entering the match with serious momentum after a late overtime volley edged them atop Dartmouth last week at Rhodes Field. A similar task awaits them this time around, as both Penn and Yale (8-3-2, 2-1-1) are sitting on seven points and need three more to sustain their title hopes.

Sailing mainly against schools with varsity teams, the Quakers have consistently found themselves near the top of the national rankings over the past several years. The women’s team is currently ranked 16th in the country, while the co-ed unit stands as the 25th best team nationally.

This event is the first of its kind that students have seen. It comes after four Penn students have died in the span of two months. 

The Seattle native was invited to be one of 11 girls on the U24 mixed team, who will be traveling to Australia in early 2018 for the WFDF U24 Championship. 

While many professors have chosen to incorporate mental health resources into their syllabi, it is not mandated for them to do so. The UA is working with the Faculty Senate to change that.

If we only have conversations that make out Penn to be perfect, once these students come, they will feel deceived. Having these real conversations about Penn to prospective students gives them an in-depth background of what they are getting themselves into if they come here.

What the University fails to recognize is that, like so many of the issues students face, binge drinking demands immediate attention.
