College junior Benjamin Brockman is urging Penn to review its policy on tech purchases in light of the fact that various armed groups get funds through the sale of minerals used in electronic devices.

Barefoot for a cause

To raise awareness for children without shoes worldwide, TOMS Campus Clubs — sponsored by the shoe company — hosted a pledging booth and raffle at Houston Hall Tuesday.
