While most students headed home for Thanksgiving Break, the Penn Men’s Basketball Team stayed on campus, battling it out at the Palestra in the third annual Cathedral Classic Invitational. Over the three-day tournament, the Quakers squared off against Navy, Maine, and Elon, delivering mixed results on the court. Penn found success in their second matchup, securing a 77-64 victory over Maine behind a strong offensive effort. However, the team’s defensive struggles proved costly in the other games, as they fell to Navy 86-78 and Elon 68-53. Here’s a closer look at the action, captured through photos from the tournament. Both major party presidential candidates have made countless stops across the state, with 1968 Wharton graduate and former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris ending their campaigns in Pennsylvania on Nov. 4.
