On Tuesday afternoon, University President Amy Gutmann cut the ceremonial ribbon to New College House. This isn't President Gutmann's first ceremonial visit to New College House. During Freshman Move-In, she visited to speak with incoming students. The Penn Band was present to add pomp to the event.
