Two cases of fraud were reported on Feb. 18.

Assault:

February 16: A juvenile suspect spat in the face of an officer while being arrested for disorderly conduct at the intersection of 40th and Sansom streets. An arrest was made.

Theft from Building:

February 17: Complainant reported her phone stolen after she briefly set it down in the Wawa on Chestnut Street.

February 19: Complainant reported her wallet was stolen from her open locker at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

February 5: Complainant reported her wallet stolen from her office in Stiteler Hall.

Retail Theft:

February 15: A suspect took merchandise and left the Penn Bookstore without payment.

February 18: An unaffiliated suspect identified as Katie Kinkel took merchandise from the Penn Bookstore and ran without payment. An arrest was made.

Bike Theft:

February 19: A bicycle secured with a cable lock was reported missing from the bike rack in HUP.

Fraud:

February 18: A complainant in Harnwell College House reported fraudulent changes on her lost credit card.

February 18: A complainant reported several fraudulent charges on his debit card.
