A robbery without a weapon on the 4000 block of Chancellor Street prompted a UPennAlert Monday evening. 

The complainant reported being approached by three subjects, who stole his cell phone and AirPods, Division of Public Safety Director of Operations and External Affairs Kathleen Shields Anderson wrote in an email to The Daily Pennsylvanian. Shields Anderson wrote that the complainant was not injured.

Three males are suspects in the assault, according to the alert issued at 9:36 p.m. All suspects reportedly wore dark clothing, including dark hooded sweatshirts.

The group was last seen heading east on Chancellor Street, the alert read. 

All all-clear message was issued at 9:57 p.m. Police and security officers are still patrolling the area.
