Disorderly Conduct

Sept. 14: At 1:34 p.m., a 37-year-old unaffiliated woman was arrested outside the Inn at Penn for being verbally and physically combative with police officers.

Other Offense:

Sept. 14: Just after 4:20 p.m., a 40-year-old unaffiliated woman was arrested and cited for defiant trespass on the 3600 block of Locust Walk for being aggressive, asking for money and interfering with bystanders' path of travel. 

Vandalism:

Sept. 14: An affiliated woman found graffiti spray painted on the side of a vehicle used for training exercises.
