Fraud:
July 2, 2014: An unaffiliated 19-year-old female and an unaffiliated 35-year-old female were arrested at the TD Bank on 3735 Walnut Street around 11:15 a.m. for attempting to cash fraudulent checks.
DUI:
June 29, 2014: A 21-year old unaffiliated male was arrested at the intersection of 38th and Walnut streets around 12:30 a.m. when police observed him driving on a concrete island. Police observed a strong odor of marijuana and that the suspect had blood shot eyes and slurred speech.
Other offense:
July 1, 2014: Police responded to a disturbance at the Consortium on 451 University Avenue around 3:15 p.m. The suspect, a 26-year-old unaffiliated male, was found to have a warrant for arrest.
Robbery:
June 29, 2014: A 23-year-old unaffiliated male complainant reported an unknown male suspect handed a note to the cashier around 4:30 a.m. at Wawa on 3900 Spruce St. demanding cash from the register. The suspect fled the premise with U.S. currency.
July 2, 2014: A 44-year-old affiliated female complainant reported that an unknown female suspect grabbed her from behind, choked her and demanded her purse around 9:00 a.m. on the 3900 block of Chestnut Street. During the struggle, the complainant was struck in the face. The suspect fled north on foot with the complainant’s purse.
Burglary:
June 27, 2014: An 18-year-old unaffiliated male reported U.S. currency missing from the cash register upon arrival at Houston Hall around 7:30 a.m.

June 27, 2014: A 40-year-old unaffiliated male was arrested in connection with a bike theft around 8:00 a.m. at Cupp Pavilion on 51 N. 39th St.
June 27, 2014: A 40-year-old unaffiliated male was arrested in connection with a vehicle theft around 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of 42nd and Sansom streets .
June 27, 2014: A 44-year-old unaffiliated male was arrested in connection with a retail theft around 2:00 p.m. at CVS on 3409 Walnut St.
June 29, 2014: A 46-year-old unaffiliated male was arrested in connection with a retail theft around 1:00 p.m. at the Fresh Grocer on 40001 Walnut St.
