My interest in serving as your representative in the Undergraduate Assembly stems from my desire to ensure cohesiveness and transparency between student government and the UPenn student body. With Penn Connects 2.0 and other initiatives poised to transform campus life, it is critical to select individuals who are willing to cooperate to ensure that all parties receive fair input into the direction the University of Pennsylvania will take. If elected, my focus will be to broaden the interaction between students and representatives via biweekly personal meetings, support an increase in scholarship opportunities for pre-orientation and civic service programs, and assist the growth of the university by submitting a resolution outlining how the UA plans to help accommodate a new residence hall at Hill Square. Ultimately, my objective is to be open to my fellow friends and classmates, ensuring that the diverse views of UPenn never go unacknowledged.
