It is often misconstrued the meaning and the purpose of the governing board of a class. That first obligation of a true leader is to effectively represent the body to which he is elected. I am running for the presidency not because I am interested in the title or a resume builder, but I am running to represent the Class of 2015 and be of service to the needs of the class. I am running on the basis of unity, tradition and innovation. As president I would focus on unifying the campus and fostering the relations that lead to complete understanding of the world of cultures we have around us. I would embrace the schools long standing traditions and the over 270 years of the past that made us who we are today. Lastly, I would make those traditions our own, by updating and refreshing them, to involve new technology.
