Ellery Kauvar

My name is Ellery like Celery, and I’m not your average candidate. I’m a transfer student, which means I’m new to Penn, but I’ve also experienced my own freshman year, and know how it can be made better. I want your ideas to be my ideas so that I can truly be your voice on the Undergraduate Assembly. Two of the biggest issues facing all new Penn students are the cost and ease of living- I want to make freshman meal plans cheaper and more flexible so that you aren’t locked into an overly expensive plan and create a bikeshare program to improve transportation across campus and give students. Students living in Hill College should get a stipend for AC or heating units and the bathrooms in the Quad should be kept cleaner (you’ll tank me after Fling…). I’m here to make your year easier, cheaper and more enjoyable.
