The Division of Public Safety issued an alert Friday evening concerning a case of public indecency in which a man exposed himself to a female law student inside the Penn Law school two days earlier.
According to the public safety advisory, the suspect “is described as an African American male with a medium brown complexion, clean shaven, between 18-22 years old, approximately 6’0", thin build, wearing an emerald green hooded sweatshirt with a band aid under his right eye.”
No injuries were reported.
DPS advised anyone who sees a male fitting the above description to call 215-573-3333.
