Assault

Nov. 14 — A juvenile unaffiliated with the University, 11, was arrested at about 2:45 a.m. for allegedly assaulting a police officer on the 4000 block of Chestnut Street.

Nov. 14 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 18, reported at about 6 p.m. that a known suspect grabbed her and pushed her at Fresh Grocer, located at 4001 Walnut St.

Nov. 13 — Rashad Harris, 31, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1300 block of New York Avenue in Washington, D.C., was arrested at about 7:30 a.m. for allegedly attempting to assault a police officer and damaging a SEPTA vehicle on the 3600 block of Sansom Street.

Robbery

Nov. 15 — Kerwin Huggins, 20, unaffiliated with the University and of the 100 block of N. 50th Street, and Henry Jones, 19 and unaffiliated with the University, were arrested at about 12:15 a.m. for allegedly approaching two male students, 19 and 20, and forcing them to turn over personal items on the 3900 block of Delancey Street.

Nov. 13 — A male student, 20, reported at about 6:30 p.m. that two unknown suspects approached him on the 4000 block of Chestnut Street and forced him to withdraw cash from an ATM, and then fled in an unknown direction.

Theft

Nov. 19 ­— A female unaffiliated with the University, 21, and a male student, 19, reported at about 12:30 a.m. that someone removed the unattended backpack of the female at Meyerson Hall.

Nov. 19 — A female student, 19, reported at about 8:30 a.m. that someone removed a GPS device from her secured vehicle on the 300 block of S. 41st Street.

Nov. 18 — A female unaffiliated with the University, 23, reported at about 11:45 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed personal items from her secured vehicle on the 4100 block of Ludlow Street. Robert Daniel, 24, unaffiliated with the University and of the 5200 block of Spruce Street, and Clarence Jackson, 19, unaffiliated with the University and of the 4500 block of Sansom Street, were arrested at about 2:30 p.m. for allegedly removing items from the vehicle of a man unaffiliated with the University on the 4200 block of Osage Street.

Nov. 17 — A female unaffiliated with the University, 35, reported at about 8 p.m. that someone took her wallet at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Nov. 16 — A female student, 19, reported at about 5:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended laptop from the 3800 block of Walnut Street.

Nov. 16 — A male student, 20, reported at about 8:30 p.m. that someone removed his bicycle, secured with a cable lock, from outside the Towne Building.

Nov. 16 — A male University employee, 37, reported at about 4:30 p.m. that someone took his cell phone at Presbyterian Hospital.

Nov. 14 — A male student, 26, reported at 10 p.m. that his registration sticker was removed from his license plate on the unit block of S. 41st Street.

Sex Offense

Nov. 18 — At about 1:45 p.m., a sex offense was reported to have occurred at Presbyterian Hospital. The victim is not affiliated with the University.
