Robbery

Oct. 17 — Penn Police arrested four male juveniles, all unaffiliated with the University, at about 7:30 p.m. for allegedly taking merchandise from Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th St., without rendering payment and using intimidation to leave the store.

Burglary

Oct. 19 — Keith Powell, 22, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1300 block of Spruce Street was arrested at about 3:45 a.m. for allegedly attempting to enter the secured residence of a male student, 22, on the 4100 block of Locust Street.

Oct. 18 — A male student, 22, reported at about 4:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed property from his unsecured residence on the 100 block of S. 41st St.

Oct. 17 — A male student, 19, reported at about 1:15 p.m. that an unknown suspect entered the unsecured residence and removed property from the 3600 block of Locust Street.

Harassment

Oct. 20 — A female student, 19, reported at about 12:45 a.m. that she received unwanted phone calls from an unknown suspect in Harrison College House.

Fraud

Oct. 21 — An unknown suspect was reported at about 12 p.m. to have attempted to make a fraudulent withdrawal from TD Bank, located at 3735 Walnut St.

Oct. 16 — A male employee, 61, reported at about 2:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect made fraudulent charges to his credit card.

Theft

Oct. 22 — A male student, 20, reported at about 11:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed his bicycle, secured with cable lock, from outside the Towne Building.

Oct. 22 — A female student, 20, reported at about 11 a.m. that an unknown suspect entered her secured vehicle and removed a GPS device on the 4000 block of Spruce Street.

Oct. 22 — A female student, 25, reported at about 9:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect entered her secured vehicle and removed a GPS device on the 4200 block of Locust Street.

Oct. 21 — A male employee, 66, reported at about 11:30 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed his laptop from the McNeil Building.

Oct. 21 — A female employee, 57, reported at about 8:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed a space heater from a room at Presbyterian Hospital.

Oct. 20 — Monroe Pettyjohn, 55, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1000 block of W. Lehigh Avenue, was arrested at about 5:15 p.m. for allegedly taking the bicycle of a male student, 22, without permission on the 100 block of S. 41st St.

Oct. 20 — A female unaffiliated with the University, 34, reported at about 9:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed unattended items from her vehicle outside the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Oct. 20 — Mike Mehler, 40, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1000 block of W. Cutting Boulevard in Richmond, Calif., was allegedly arrested at about 5:15 a.m. for attempting to remove property from the vehicle of a male student, 19, on the 4100 block of Spruce Street.

Oct. 19 —A female student. 24, reported at about 5:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed items from her bag, hanging on the back of her chair, at Saxby’s, located at 240 S. 40th St.

Oct. 18 —A female unaffiliated with the University, 22, reported at about 1:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect entered her secured vehicle and removed a GPS device on the 4000 block of Irving Street.

Oct. 17 — A male unaffiliated with the University, 39, reported at about 7:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed his bicycle, secured to a wooden porch, on the 4200 block of Sansom Street.

Oct. 16 — A male unaffiliated with the University, 38, reported at about 7:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed his bicycle, secured with a cable lock, on the 4200 block of Pine Street.
