Assault

Sept. 27 — Robert Hall, 19, unaffiliated with the University and of the 5200 block of N. Carlisle Street., was arrested at about 3 p.m. for allegedly becoming combative with a female University employee, 36, at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

Other Assault

Sept. 28 — A female student, 29, reported at about 4:30 p.m. that she had received a threatening phone call.

Burglary

Sept. 25 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 28, reported at about 7:30 a.m. that an unknown suspect entered and removed personal property from her unsecured residence at the Domus apartments, located at 3411 Chestnut St.

Vandalism

Oct. 1 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 54, reported at about 2:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect broke a window at her residence, located on the 4000 block of Delancey Street.

Fraud

Oct. 1 — A known suspect was reported to have removed cash from Starbucks, located at 3401 Walnut St.

Theft

Oct. 1 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 26, reported at about 12:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed property from his secured vehicle on the 100 block of S. 41st Street.

Oct. 1 — A female student, 22, reported at about 6:45 p.m. that someone removed credit cards from her pocketbook, which was hanging from the back of her chair at the Food Court located at 3401 Walnut St.

Sept. 30 — Jamar Byers, 26, unaffiliated with the University and of the 4500 block of N. 16th Street, was arrested at about 12:30 a.m. for allegedly removing bicycle parts from a residence on the 4200 block of Spruce Street.

Sept. 29 — A female student, 19, reported at about 12:00 p.m. that her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was removed by an unknown suspect from Harrison College House.

Sept. 29 — A male student, 18, reported at about 9:30 p.m. that someone took his personal property from an unsecured locker in Pottruck Fitness Center.

Sept. 29 — A male student, 29, reported at about 11:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed property, left in plain sight, from his secured vehicle on the unit block of S. 41st Street.

Sept. 27 — A male student, 20, reported at about 4:30 p.m. that someone took his unattended wallet at Starbucks, located at 3421 Chestnut St.

Sept. 27 — A male student reported at about 6:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed his unattended bag from Steinhardt Hall.

Sept. 25 — A male student, 20, reported at about 12:15 a.m. that his bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was removed by an unknown suspect from Meyerson Hall.

Sept. 25 — A female student, 21, reported at about 1 p.m. that someone removed property, left in plain sight, from her secured vehicle on the 4000 block of Locust Street.

Sept. 25 — A female student, 21, reported at about 4:15 p.m. that an unknown suspect took her purse on the 3700 block of Spruce Street.
