Assault

June 23 - Gary Carson, 45, of the 5700 block of Spruce Street, allegedly assaulted a 61-year-old man unaffiliated with the University at around midnight on the 3900 block of Ludlow Street.

Burglary

June 25 - A 23-year-old student reported that at approximatley 1:40 p.m. an unknown person broke into a building located on the 3900 block of Pine Street through an unsecured window and removed his bicycle.

Fraud

June 20 - A 29-year-old employee of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania reported that she lost her checkbook at around 7:10 p.m. A check had later been cashed by an unknown person.

June 21 - Unknown persons were reported calling in allegedly fraudulent prescriptions to HUP at approximatley 4:30 p.m.

June 22 - Fresh Grocer reported that an unknown suspect allegedly used counterfeit money to make a food purchase at around 8 a.m.

Narcotics

June 19 - Police arrested two suspects, unaffiliated with the University, for allegedly being in possession of marijuana at around 7:20 p.m. The suspects are Kevin Mouzen, 23, of the 3900 block of North Sixth Street, and David Jackson, 18, of the 3900 block of Market Street.

Robbery

June 22 - A 53-year-old female employee of the University reported that while on a bench along Locust Walk, a man approached her and demanded money at around 3:45 p.m. Raymond Harris, 37, of the 200 block of Arch Street, was later arrested in connection with the incident.

Robbery

June 19 - A male employee of the University reported that unknown persons removed a prescription pad from his office at 3535 Market St. at around 3:45 p.m.

June 21 - At around 7:50 a.m., a complainant reported that an unknown suspect broke into her secured vehicle and removed several personal items. The vehicle was parked in the Penn Tower parking garage.

June 21 - A 25-year-old male employee of the University reported that an unknown suspect broke into his secured vehicle and removed a GPS device at around 3:45 p.m. The vehicle was parked in a Penn-owned garage at the intersection of South Street and Convention Avenue, near the University Museum.

June 23 - Douglas Perfumery, located on the 3600 block of Walnut Street, reported that two people allegedly left the store without rendering payment at around 7:30 p.m. Autumn Parker, 23, of the 100 block of North 51st Street, and Dorian Span, 24, of the 5000 block of North Camac Street, were arrested in connection with the incident.

June 24 - A male unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown person removed his bicycle, secured with a cable lock, from outside of Mayer Hall, located at 3817 Spruce St., at around midnight.

Trespassing

June 24 - Darryl Simpson, 22, of the 4500 block of North 15th Street, was arrested for allegedly trespassing at the Annenberg Center, located at 3680 Walnut St., at around 10 p.m.
