Theft

Jan. 30 -- A male affiliated with the University reported the theft of a black leather wallet containing miscellaneous papers and $30 in currency. The property was allegedly stolen from an unlocked office located at 3720 Walnut Street. Jan. 29 -- A female affiliated with the University reported the theft of a $3,000 medical analysis balance from inside 3650 Hamilton Walk. The incident allegedly occurred between Jan. 27 and Jan. 29. Jan. 29 -- A male affiliated with the University reported the theft of a $3,000 drain machine from inside Johnson Pavilion at 3610 Hamilton Walk. The incident allegedly occurred between Jan. 23 and Jan. 29. Jan. 27 -- A male affiliated with the University reported the theft of his wallet and keys that were left unattended in Hutchinson Gymnasium located at 220 S. 32nd Street. The theft allegedly occurred between 7:15 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. The estimated value of the stolen property was $123. Jan. 27 -- A construction worker reported the theft of several small tools and a Walker chipping gun from outside 3615 Civic Center Boulevard. The theft allegedly occurred between 7:00 a.m. and 7:05 a.m.

Theft from Auto

Jan. 28 -- A male complainant unaffiliated with the University reported the theft of two computers from his car parked on a lot located at 34th and Chestnut streets. The perpetrator allegedly broke into the car through the driver's side window. The estimated value of the stolen property was $7,500.
