LCE cites 78 students Saturday night The newest figures indicate that 78 students received citations Saturday night, including 74 for underage drinking, two for fake IDs and two for disorderly conduct violations. Additionally, 46 students were cited Friday night while 51 students received citations Thursday night at the Penn Rocks for the Homeless concert. -- Yochi Dreazen
