BRIEF: SPEC to hold intro meeting tonight

SPEC, in its second year, is responsible for planning social activities at the University for undergraduates including Homecoming, Spring Fling, Jazz Festival, concerts and traditions. SPEC Chairperson Varsha Rao said that she expects approximately 500 interested volunteers to attend the meeting. Rao said that "footsteps" would be placed on Locust Walk leading to the meeting, urging students to "follow the footsteps." Andrew Libby
