Every year, there are a few students who apply to and are accepted by all eight Ivy League schools. This year, it seems like all of those students are choosing to go somewhere other than Penn.

Wilmington, N.C. native Victor Agbafe was admitted to 14 schools, including all eight Ivies and Stanford. He ended up choosing Harvard out of his final three of Harvard, Yale and Stanford.

"In Cambridge, there was so much going on, both on the campus and off of it," Agbafe said about the decision to Business Insider. "I felt like when I was on campus that it was the place for me, that the atmosphere and the people I was talking to were the most intellectual."

Stefan Stoykov, who attends North Central High School in Indianapolis, also chose the Crimson over the other seven Ivies and the other 10 schools that accepted him.

Two others accepted to all eight Ivies decided to go a completely separate route. Alexander Roman, a St. Paul, Minn. native, had Princeton, Stanford and Harvard in his final four choices, but picked the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

"The biggest part [of choosing MIT] was the atmosphere ... everyone seems connected on campus, like they all knew each other," Roman said to Business Insider.

Fellow St. Paul native Munira Khalif got into all eight schools, but reports have yet to come out as to what school she will attend. New York teen Harold Ekeh is in the same boat after his acceptance to all of the Ancient Eight. Alexanandria, Va. student Pooja Chandrashekar got into all eight Ivies as well as MIT, Stanford, Virginia and others.
