The new location will mimic the original in Rittenhouse Square but will offer an expanded menu and seating for more than 35 people.
This October, Wishbone will open in the newly renovated former location of Lee’s Hoagie House, offering a menu that focuses on fried chicken.
This summer, Meyerson Hall is undergoing phase 1A of a three-phase renovation that will focus on studio space on the second floor, as well as on the auditorium in the basement.
The Lee’s Hoagie House on Penn’s campus closed its doors on Wednesday, although the franchise will still operate in other locations.
The Penn Bookstore is undergoing renovations this summer from June 3 to early August in preparation for the fall semester.
The Creating Canopy initiative, sponsored this year by Penn and Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, donated 100 trees to Penn and University of Pennsylvania Health System staff and faculty who live in Philadelphia.
