Elizabeth Yuan

Sung received the award for his work on the mechanisms behind homology-directed repair, a DNA repair mechanism that can be used to suppress cancer. 

Wunsch taught at Penn starting in 2008, when he joined the department of architectural history as a visiting assistant professor. He later lectured for the graduate program on historical preservation at the School of Design before becoming a professor in the program.

Penn Carey Law professor Jean Galbraith served as moderator for the event, which took place in the Fitts Auditorium on Sept. 24 with around 100 students in attendance.
