The Quakers secured their first walk-off win of the season in their last opportunity to do so; their remaining four games will be on the road. 

Penn baseball showed some fight but ultimately could not overcome a four-run first inning from La Salle University as they lost 6-4 on Wednesday, handing the Explorers a temporary head-to-head edge on the season.

Coming off two very successful meets, Penn track and field carried their momentum to their first meet away from Franklin Field. The Temple Invitational, which included all Big 5 schools and the women's teams from Delaware and Loyola University Maryland, was hosted by Temple on Friday and Saturday. 

On Sunday Mar. 21, coach Jerry McConnell's football team took part in a Walk-A-Thon for the Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania to benefit funding for cerebral palsy research, raising over $4,500 for the cause.
