Holi 2018 transformed College Green into a sea of colors Friday afternoon. Originally postponed from the previous weekend due to inclement weather, the festival also included music and dance performances from multiple student groups, including: West Philly Swingers, Penn Masti, Penn Dhamaka, Strictly Funk, Penn Raas and Penn Thillana.
