Theft:

Jan. 10: More than $200 was stolen from 3401 Walnut St. at approximately 8:45 a.m. 

Jan. 10: At 5:00 p.m., someone reported a theft in Steinberg-Dietrich Hall, 3620 Locust Walk. The stolen goods totaled less than $200.

Jan. 11: Someone reported a theft at the Phi Delta Theta fraternity house, 3700 Locust Walk, around noon. The stolen items totaled more than $200 in losses. 

Jan. 12: At around 9:30 a.m., a minor theft was reported in the Annenberg Public Policy Center, 201 S. 36th St.

Jan. 12: At 4:00 p.m., someone reported a theft at Vance Hall, 3733 Spruce St. The stolen goods were valued to be worth more than $200 in all. 

Jan. 12: At 8:00 p.m., someone reported that more than $200 worth of items had been stolen from the Franklin Building, 3451 Walnut St. 

Assault:

Jan. 16: At around 3:30 a.m., a woman reported an assault at the Wawa store at 3604 Chestnut St. The offender reportedly hit another person with an open hand, but no signs of injury were reported. 

Jan. 16: Shortly before 3:00 p.m., someone reportedly punched a woman in the face and pulled her hair during an argument. There were no signs of injury and the incident was advised to be filed as a private criminal complaint.  

Robbery:

Jan. 12: After 5:00 p.m., a man said he was confronted by a 28-year-old man who demanded his money at the University City Sheraton Hotel, 3549 Chestnut St. The suspect threatened the man with pepper spray and was later arrested by the police.  

Fraud:

Jan. 11: At 11:00 a.m., a woman reported credit card fraud at 3939 Baltimore Ave.

Disorderly Conduct:

Jan. 15: A confidential assault was reported and police arrested a 32-year-old man for the crime.
