Auto Theft:

Sept. 16: At 10:30 p.m. on the 4200 block of Osage Avenue, an unaffiliated man reported his motorcycle missing.

Sept. 20: At 9:00 p.m. on the 3300 block of Market Street, an unaffiliated woman reported her car missing.

Driving Under the Influence:

Sept. 17: On the 200 block of S. 40th Street at 9:51 p.m., a driver was observed sleeping behind the wheel while stopped at a green light. The suspect, an unaffiliated 44-year-old man, was arrested. He gave off a strong smell of alcohol and could not keep his balance.

Robbery:

Sept. 18: A suspect hit an affiliated man in the face and took his cellphone, wallet and his pizza on the 4200 block of Pine Street at 10:44 p.m. The suspect, an unaffiliated 19-year-old man, was arrested and positively identified.

Sept. 18: At 6:38 p.m. an unaffiliated 19-year-old woman knocked an affiliated woman over while attempting to take her cellphone on the 3400 block of Spruce Street. The suspect was arrested and positively identified. 

Sept. 20: On the 4000 block of Irving Street, an affiliated woman was hit in the ear and knocked down at 5:04 p.m. There were two suspects, who took her cell phone. One suspect was a juvenile, and the other was an unaffiliated 18-year-old woman. The suspects were arrested.

Assault:

Sept. 19: At 6:08 p.m. on the 4000 block of Walnut Street, an unaffiliated woman reported that a woman in the car next to her began screaming while the complainant was parallel parking. When the complainant exited her vehicle, the suspect pushed her to the ground. The suspect fled the scene in her vehicle. 

Other Assault:

Sept. 22: At 12:59 p.m., a person at Cosi received threats via text message from a known suspect. 

Disorderly Conduct:

Sept. 19: At 1:55 p.m., an unaffiliated man was causing a disturbance at the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. After refusing to leave, he was issued a citation.

Fraud:

Sept. 20: At 9:47 a.m., an affiliated woman reported a suspect as providing a fraudulent check at FMC Tower.

Sept. 21: At 4:00 p.m. at Chestnut Hall, an affiliated man reported unauthorized use of his credit card. 

Defiant Trespass:

Sept. 21: At 6:53 p.m., a suspect was observed entering a privately-owned location on 4200 block of Spruce Street without permission.
