Nov. 8, 2013: An unaffiliated 25-year-old male was arrested in connection with a retail theft.

Nov. 10, 2013: An unaffiliated 19-year-old male was arrested in connection with a retail theft.

Nov. 9, 2013: An unaffiliated 38-year-old male was arrested in connection with two thefts from vehicles.

Disorderly Conduct:

Nov. 8, 2013: An unaffiliated 26-year-old male was arrested after causing a disturbance on the 100 block of S. 39th Street at 11:42 p.m. The male was asked to leave the area, but refused and became combative.

Liquor Law:

Nov. 9, 2013: An 18-year-old male student received a citation at 4035 Chancellor St. at 3:35 p.m. after spitting at a police officer and telling the officer that he had been drinking but was not legally of age.

Criminal Trespass:

Nov. 9, 2013: A suspect received a citation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at 2:33 p.m. after he was warned not to enter the property but did not comply.

Public Urination:

Nov. 10, 2013: An 18-year-old male student received a citation for public urination at 2:31 a.m. on the 3700 block of Locust Walk.

Nov. 10, 2013: A 19-year-old male student received a citation for public urination at 2:31 a.m. on the 3700 block of Locust Walk.

Nov. 11, 2013: A confidential offense was reported.

Nov. 11, 2013: A confidential sex offense was reported.

Nov. 12, 2013: A confidential sex offense was reported.

Vandalism:

Nov. 11, 2013: An unaffiliated 34-year-old male was arrested at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at 1:00 p.m. after he was observed writing graffiti on the wall.

Nov. 11, 2013: Someone reported at 5:00 p.m. that a walkway fixture at the Singh Nanotechnology Center was broken, possibly due to vandalism.

Fraud:

Nov. 11, 2013: An affiliated 24-year-old male reported at 329 42nd St. at 9:00 a.m. that he received a fraudulent check after placing an ad on Craigslist.

Burglary:

Nov. 11, 2013: An affiliated 20-year-old male reported at 225 41st St. at 4:00 p.m. that he found the front door of his house open when he got home, and that his bicycle had been removed from his property.
