Arrests from Thefts:

Sept. 30, 2013: An unaffiliated 33-year-old male was arrested in connection with a retail theft.

Oct. 1, 2013: An unaffiliated 32-year-old male was arrested in connection with a retail theft.

Robbery:

Sept. 27, 2013: A 21-year-old male was arrested on the 3500 block of Market Street at 3:50 p.m. after an unaffiliated male complainant reported that the offender confronted him physically and verbally and then took the complainant’s iPhone when it fell from his pocket.

Disorderly Conduct:

Sept. 27, 2013: A juvenile was arrested on the 3800 block of Ludlow Street at 8:30 p.m. after he was stopped for investigation for riding with multiple bikes. The juvenile became argumentative and angry, did not cooperate with police and caused a scene.

DUI:

Sept. 27, 2013: An unaffiliated 26-year-old male was arrested on the 3800 block of Walnut Street at 2:09 a.m. after his vehicle was observed going the wrong way on a one-way street. Police stopped the vehicle and found the driver to be under the influence.

Fraud:

Oct. 2, 2013: An affiliated 18-year-old female reported at DuBois College House at 4:00 a.m. that her wallet was missing.

Oct. 2, 2013: An unaffiliated 27-year-old female was arrested at TD Bank (3735 Walnut St.) at 1:45 p.m. after the female attempted to cash an unauthorized check.

Vandalism:

Oct. 3, 2013: Graffiti was reported in the inner staircase of the McNeil Building at 11:09 p.m.

Other Offenses:

Sept. 28, 2013: An unaffiliated 59-year-old male with no home address was cited for trespassing at the Vagelos Research Lab (3340 Smith Walk) at 6:35 a.m. after he was found trespassing in buildings after being warned not to enter.

Sept. 29, 2013: The same unaffiliated 59-year-old male with no home address was cited for trespassing at the New Chemistry building (231 S. 34th St.) after he was found trespassing on private property after being given repeated warnings not to enter.
