Hey everybody! I’m Shashank, and I’m a freshman studying bioengineering. Yes, as freshman we have been here for only a few weeks, but I can truly say that I am proud to be an engineer at Penn. I believe as engineers, we ought to share this enthusiasm and make lasting friendships and connections through increased usage of social networking. Teamwork is essential in an engineering environment, and as your class board representative, I will make it my highest priority to establish all of us as one big team! I will always be available to hear any suggestions on improving our engineering experience, whether it is about social events or academic issues. Our class traditions, Cram N’ Jam, NSOver Again, Skimmer, and many others, are what make us true Quakers. I am dedicated to upholding these traditions, and also to create new ones.
