The Daily Pennsylvanian

Bahram Banisadr

Candidate for UA Rep.

Bahram Banisadr

If you’re wondering how to pronounce my name, it sounds like prom with a ‘B’ (Brom). I want to be a freshman representative to the Undergraduate Assembly because I’ve always loved student government, I’m well qualified, and I have some ideas you’ll appreciate. As far as qualifications, I’ve done student government for 6 years, was my senior class president, and the 2nd Vice President for the State of New Mexico’s student government association governing over 70 schools. I’m also in the M&T program meaning I’m involved with a large proportion of Penn. I’m running because I want to enact change to improve the daily lives of students. For example, rather than searching through PennInTouch, Campus Express, Blackboard, Canvas, Spike, PURLS, and a slew of other sites just to find your homework, wouldn’t it be nice if you could long onto one place that directed you where you needed to go?
