Crime log: Sept. 17-22

Sept. 22 — A male student, 20, reported at about 12:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed his secured bicycle from 3443 Sansom St.

Sept. 22 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 37, reported at about 6:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed a bicycle rack from her vehicle in Garage 44, at 426 Curie Blvd.

Sept. 21 — A male student, 23, reported at about 12:30 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed his bicycle from Huntsman Hall.

Sept. 21 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 32, reported at about 4 p.m. that his bicycle was taken by an unknown suspect outside of Marvelous Records, at 208 S. 40th St.

Sept. 20 — At about 10 a.m., construction material was reported taken by an unknown suspect from 3940 Spruce St.

Sept. 20 — At about 11:15 a.m., property was reported removed from an office within Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, at 51 N. 39th St.

Sept. 20 — A female University employee, 58, reported at about 2:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed cash from her unattended wallet in Ralston House, at 3615 Chestnut St.

Sept. 20 — Rashaun Ransom, 32, unaffiliated with the University and of the 900 block of N. 63rd Street, was arrested at about 8 p.m. for allegedly removing merchandise from CVS, at 3925 Walnut St., without paying.

Sept. 19 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 24, reported at about 2:15 a.m. that personal property, left in plain view, was removed from her secured vehicle by an unknown suspect on the 4100 block of Ludlow Street.

Sept. 19 — Anthony Henderson, 45, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1200 block of Race Street, was arrested at about 6 p.m. for allegedly removing merchandise from Fresh Grocer, at 4001 Walnut St, without rendering payment.

Sept. 18 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 20, reported at about 1:45 p.m. that his bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was taken by an unknown suspect from 3910 Irving St.

Sept. 18 — Anthony Henderson, 45, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1200 block of Race Street, was arrested at about 5:30 p.m. for allegedly removing merchandise from CVS, at 3925 Walnut St., without paying.

Sept. 18 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 18, reported at about 11:15 p.m. that someone removed a wallet from an unsecured locker at 4207 Walnut St.

Sept. 17 — A female University employee, 33, reported at about 11:30 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended camera from Houston Hall.

Sept. 17 — Malcom Ketter, 22, of the 2200 block of Sears Street, and Mark Wellmon, 22, of the 1400 block of S. 34th Street, both unaffiliated with the University, were arrested at about 8:15 p.m. for allegedly removing two bicycles from outside the Chemistry building.
